Material is fed into the beam coping machine on a powered in-feed roller conveyor.

The operator jogs the part to be coped, into the machine and references the leading edge with the integrated laser beam.

Once the zero reference has been set, the operator activates the pneumatic clamps to hold the material firmly in place.

The operator then selects the part to be coped, hits the GO button, and the torch cuts the profile.

Once the cope is complete, the operator releases the clamp and transfers the material out using the powered out-feed roller conveyors.
